When you report a bug or unexpected behavior, the following helps us resolve it faster:

  • The email address on your Stockcount account
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • Approximate time of the issue
  • Device and OS (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18, or browser version)

Already signed in?

You can also reach support from inside the app. Head to Account → Support. Requests from there arrive with your account details attached, so they're faster to resolve.
