When you report a bug or unexpected behavior, the following helps us resolve it faster:
- The email address on your Stockcount account
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- Approximate time of the issue
- Device and OS (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18, or browser version)

You can also reach support from inside the app. Head to Account → Support. Requests from there arrive with your account details attached, so they're faster to resolve.
