What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy a top-up pack any time — top-ups never expire, even if you cancel. Or switch to a bigger plan and we prorate the difference.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits roll over forever — they only get used when your included credits are gone.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Change plans any time from your billing page — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. Cancel any time, no fees.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts get 200 credits to try the product — enough for an onboarding chat and a short voice counting session. No card required.
