What exactly is a credit?
A credit is 1¢ of AI work. Voice counting uses 5 credits per minute. A typical invoice scan uses about 8 credits. An average chat message uses about 2 credits. You always see live usage in the app. No guessing.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy a top-up pack any time. Top-ups never expire, even if you cancel. Or switch to a bigger plan and we prorate the difference.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits roll over forever. They only get used when your included credits are gone.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Change plans any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. Cancel any time, no fees.
Is there a free trial?
No. Stockcount is subscription-only. Pick a plan to start. Plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel any time with no fees, and any credits you top up never expire.
