What happens if I run out of credits?
Turn on extra usage. It is opt-in, bills at cost on your next invoice, and stays under a monthly cap you set. Or switch to a bigger plan and we prorate the difference.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle. If you need more in a given month, extra usage is opt-in, bills at cost on your next invoice, and stays under a monthly cap you set.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Change plans any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. Cancel any time, no fees.
